Saya tanya kawan saya Tina : how do u describe me in 3 words ?
Tina  : Funny, strong and confident.
Saya : Can I say that in the interview?
Tina : yes, but dont tell them u r funny and please please please dont crack jokes when u r being interviewed.
Saya: If I can hold myself.
Tina : U must. U r not applying for a job in the circus.
Saya : How 'bout I tell them I am ABC ? Arrogant, Bitchy and Chaotic?
Tina : One-way ticket back to the jungle in Borneo and back to swimming with the crocodiles.
Saya : Why cant I be honest?
Tina : They dont want someone who is honest. They want to be lied too. You will not die if U say what they want to hear. Just this once, you keep ur opinion to urself. They dont like people who have their own mind. They want a yes-sir, you-are-right sir kinda people. U give them that.
Saya : Ok. Just to get thru the interview. After that..I will be back to being me.
Tina : Good girl. Get thru this interview and get the promotion. You deserves this more than anyone I know. I am coming with ice-cream to see you now.
Saya : Cone or cup?

Berair mata saya bila tiap kali  rakan sekerja cakap I deserve the promotion.  Dapat tak dapat esok, tu lain cerita.I dont want to be in the list of the people who get the upgrade tapi kerja macam hancai.
Here, kalau upgrade nih jadikkan saya orang yang sombong, biarlah saya di sini sahaja. Kalau ia akan menjadikan saya orang yang lebih baik, berilah saya.
